From the hills of Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019, the best grapes are selected to offer Jeio Proseccos an unmistakable taste: on the one hand the savory and botanical notes of elderflower and ginger from the steepest vineyards, and on the other hand the tropical and fruity notes, characteristic of the less steep terrain and clay soils.\r\n

Jeio was born from the experience of the historic Bisol1542 winery. The family winery preserves its original structure intact: dug into the rock of the land of Prosecco, it maintains at all times of the year a temperature ranging from 10 to 15 \u00baF. \r\n
